Step-by-Step Incorporation Timeline
While timelines vary based on the selected Free Zone, the incorporation process follows a structured federal workflow:
Phase 1: Name Reservation & Initial Approval
We submit three proposed names to the registry. The names must comply with federal naming standards (no references to political entities, religious organizations, or trademarked brands). This stage takes 1 working day.
Phase 2: Registry Submission & License Issuance
We submit the shareholder agreements, MOA, and passport copies. The Free Zone registrar reviews the documents and issues the Trade License, Share Registry, and Certificate of Incorporation. This stage takes 2-4 working days.
Phase 3: Corporate Activation
Once the license is active, we apply for the company's Establishment Card and register the company for Federal Tax (Corporate Tax & VAT).
