Corporate and Individual Checklist
To register a company in a UAE Free Zone, shareholders must submit a completed set of documents. These files go through security clearance and compliance checks to confirm identity and credit standing.
Individual Shareholders
- Color Passport Copy: Clear copy of the biography page. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
- UAE Entry Stamp / Visa Copy: High-quality copy of your tourist entry stamp, residence visa, or entry permit.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill, municipal certificate, or bank statement (not older than 3 months) confirming physical residence.
- NOC Letter: If currently employed in the UAE on a residence visa, a No-Objection Certificate from your sponsor is required by some free zones.
Corporate Shareholders (For Subsidiary/Branch Setups)
- Certificate of Incorporation: Attested by the UAE Embassy in the country of origin.
- Board Resolution: Authorizing the investment and appointing the manager/signatory, attested.
- Memorandum & Articles of Association (MOA/AOA): Attested copies.
